Joan impacted the lives of many. She always had a positive outlook on life. Her faith was of great importance to her. She left behind a legacy of many good memories and will be dearly missed.
A celebration of Joan’s life will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 7, 2022 at the Double Tree Hotel at 1900 Pavilion Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23451.
