John “Jack” Allred, 80, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2023, in Norfolk, VA. Jack was born in Olympia, Washington to the late John Allred and Wanda Epperson.

Jack was a proud US Navy veteran who served 27 years and retired as a CWO4 Aviation Ordnanceman “Gunner.” In his spare time, Jack enjoyed boating, fishing, and hunting.

In addition to his parents, Jack was predeceased by his loving wife and a daughter and son.

Jack leaves behind four children, eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, a great-great grandchild, a sister, and several nieces and nephews.

 In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or a charity of your choice in his honor.

Per his wishes, no formal service will be held. He will be laid to rest by the United States Navy.
