Katherine Elizabeth Koller passed away peacefully on February 27, 2024 surrounded by her family at the age of 87 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She was born in Maryland and spent most of her life in the DC area where she raised her family, owned and directed a pre-school for a number of years and worked as an administrative professional.

Katherine was a woman of faith who loved the Lord, her family, church, and community. She is survived by her three children, eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her family and always remembered for her love of reading, music and ice cream!

Her family very much appreciates the loving care and all the kindness she received at Our Lady of Perpetual Help and from Westminster Canterbury at Home Hospice Services.

Katherine will be celebrated at a private family gathering and her ashes will be scattered at a future date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of Southeastern Virginia.
