Kelly had a keen intellect, was insatiably curious and deeply compassionate. He loved boating, fishing and surfing, and was happiest when he was on the water.
Cherishing his memory are his wife Claudia, children Gustavo and Juliana, brother Palmer III (Laine), sister Anne Zobel (Dave), nieces and nephews Chelsea (Dan), Raven, Marshall, John, Colton and Matthew, extended close family, and a fleet of friends.
