My family and I met Larry in 1980 when we moved here from Southern California. My mother belonged to several faith-based organization with Larry. Through their interactions in these groups, my mother, Cynthia Morgan, discovered that Larry attended the all-boys school associated with her all-girls Catholic school at the same time. They had many of the same stories about growing up in Chicago. Larry was also my son's Confirmation sponsor. I pray that God will bless all of your family with comfort and peace. Please know that your father was a very kind and blessed man whose memory I will always treasure.

Larry was a great friend and mentor to me over the years. I met him at St. Therese when I was just joining that parish. he was one of the first ones to welcome me. We hit it off immediately when we spoke about our background and interests. We found that we were fellow alums of the University of Oklahoma and even helped start an alumni chapter in the area. He has welcomed me and my family into his home on many occasions. We lost touch over then last few years and regret not reaching out sooner. I'm so saddened by with this but happy know he is in a better place. His family are in our thoughts. Thanks for everything Larry. Boomer...
