My condolences to the family of Marge Schaeffer. Beautiful obituary that perfectly sums up the valuable life she led. Marge was a good friend and neighbor to my own Mother who along with other young families raised their children in Trevose Pa. It was a wonderful time for us all. Even at my young age I could see Marge was special, even though busy with work and children, she always had time to be kind and helpful. I wish the Schaeffer family comfort as you all move forward without her. Peace to all, Donna Sinacori

Chrissy, you did such an incredible job taking care of GG. I’m so deeply sorry for the loss of your mom. GG was truly the best mentor anyone could ask for. I find comfort in believing she’s at peace now, having moved on to something even greater. Thank you, GG, for the wonderful conversations and guidance you shared with me over the past 20 years. You will always be remembered PS: Great Pic, Chrissy, she looks great in yellow
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

We offer a sympathy for a very special lady quite remarkable. Sad that Geraldine can’t really realize what’s going on, but I know in her heart she would sincerely miss Margaret.

Wishing Mrs. Schaeffer's daughter and sons my sincerest condolences! People often apply the term "Greatest Generation" to men of that era - but it equally applies to the women - the mothers, homemakers, guardians, teachers, etc. of post WWII America. They made the world go-around. I was especially blessed to count Mrs. Schaeffer as a second mom (she was my next-door neighbor in Trevose, PA). She fed me, bought me Pepperidge Farms Goldfish, counseled me, sent me birthday cards (even to this day), made the greatest X-mas Chocolate Chip Cookies, watched over us - and simply loved us all as if we were her children. RIP Mrs. Schaeffer ...

My condolences to your family. I am from St. Bede’s Church in Williamsburg and we had the privilege of visiting Margret on Saturdays at Wiliamsburg Post Acute and Rehabilitation . She was one of our favorites to visit! Margret always wanted to know how we were doing each week. She was a very sharpe women with a quick wit that kept us on our toes. She always shared her love for life with us and for her family. She will be missed and so great full to have shared time with her.
