Mary Sue was born in Norfolk, Virginia on June 3, 1933, to Vance S. and Mary Lucille Carraway.
She was predeceased by her brothers, Vance and Robert Carraway and her husband, Richard H. Tucker, and granddaughter, Andrea Binder.
Mary Sue is survived by her daughters, Suzanne Binder and Nancy Tucker, brother, William G. Carraway and his late wife, Cecelia, grandchildren, Jordan Binder, Courtney Binder, Ashleigh Tucker, Leslie Pulley, various great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and her canine grandchildren and loyal companions, Roxie.
At Mary Sue’s request no services will be held.
Cremation Society of Virginia is assisting the family.
