Morgan A. Weston passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday 22 October 2025 after a 10 year hard fight with metastatic breast cancer. She was an oncology RN having earned her license from Riverside school of Nursing in 1997. She spent her first years as a NICU nurse and a health department mobile nurse before settling into the oncology field. She was hand picked along with several nurses to start up a pioneering chemotherapy clinic under Dr. Mark Ellis at the Peninsula Cancer Institute in Williamsburg. After 14 years of excellent caregiving at that clinic, she got her diagnosis and began her battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband Matthew Weston of Williamsburg and her two children Molly Weston , who is following her mother’s footsteps as an RN and son McEwan Weston. I and my family want to sincerely thank all of those who helped her in her fight at PCI, Virginia Oncology associates, Riverside palliative care, Riverside hospice care and Riverside Doctors hospital staff. In lieu of flowers, please donate to American cancer research or hospice house. A wake and celebration of life service will be held privately at home Nov 7-9 2025
