Morgan (Mo) MacKenzie Crayton, 31, of Hampton was granted her angel wings to fly to her eternal kingdom on September 30, 2019. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Morgan had touched and impacted in many ways throughout her memorable life. Those who were touched by her understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives.

Morgan was a camera technician at Canon in Newport News. She loved spending time with her daughter, Bella; fiancé, Talina Ramsey and being a jokester with friends and family. It was said that “she was a pistol on one hand and a shining light, filled with compassion and a lot of love on the other” as she selflessly helped others. Donating her organs was the fulfillment of her finial wishes.

Morgan is survived by her daughter, Isabella Crayton, 8 of Hampton, VA and her son, Samuel Morgan Mills, 5 who resides with his adoptive family in PA. Her loving parents, Angela Bailey and Kenneth Williamson of Hampton; father, Glenn Crayton of Gloucester County; sister, Ashley Foxworth; beloved nieces, Abigale and Kenley and nephew, Zane all of Newport News; sisters, Sydney Miranda and Ayla Isobel Crayton of Gloucester County, maternal grandmother, Mary McNish of Hampton; paternal grandmother Linda Crayton of Gloucester and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Morgan was predeceased by her loving “granddaddy”, Ronald Crayton and “pappy”, Larry Dorsey

Celebration of Life will be Thursday October 10, 2019 at 6:30 pm. The service will be lead by Pastor Buddy Chapman of Keep the Promise Ministries, 402 D Wythe Creek Road, Poquoson, VA.

Cremation Society of Virginia-Newport News assisted the family with arrangements.

I never in a million years thought we would be responding to this. Morgan was so very full of life and love. She most certainly lived life to the fullest and loved hard! She was not afraid to fight for what she believed in. She was a great momma and made the tough decisions when they really counted! We are the blessed recipients of one of the toughest decisions anyone could ever make. Morgan touched our family in a way no one else ever could have by allowing us to raise her son! She did it with courage, grace and complete selflessness in order to give both of her children a better life! Not many have the strength to do this, but Morgan did! I’m proud to consider her family and ever grateful God brought her beautiful soul into our life! I look forward to meeting her again in heaven.
