Nicholas Anthony Galella, formally of Bayonne, NJ, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Friday, June 17, 2022, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Nicholas was born June 6, 1937, in Jersey City, New Jersey to Joseph and Anna Galella. He was a graduate of Saint Peter’s Prep, the University of Villanova, and a veteran of the United States Air Force. Nicholas retired from Cornell Dubilier Electronics in December of 1999.

Nicholas is survived by his wife of 61 years, Marianne (née Feminello); children: Patricia Vargo (Steven), Karen Galella (Susan Davenport), and Dina Mitchell (James); and two grandchildren, Nichole and Jessica Mitchell. He is also survived by his brother in-law and sister in-law, Michael Feminello (Carol) and Barbara Luddecke (Gary), and was predeceased by his sister-in-law, Carol Weeks, and her husband, Lester. He is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
