Joseph Arancio, formerly of Needham, Massachusetts and recently of Virginia Beach, Virginia, passed away peacefully. Beloved husband of Kathleen M. Arancio (deceased), devoted father of Nancy Catherine Harris and husband, Neil Harris, and Nicholas Arancio and wife, Christine Arancio. Dear brother of Nicholas, John, Rose, Frank, and Salvatore Arancio. Cherished grandfather of his pride and joy, Samantha and Derek Harris.
Joe enjoyed 50 years of marriage to the love of his life, Kathleen, who he know joins in heaven. He received a scholarship and graduated from Bentley College in Wellesley, MA with a degree in accounting. He worked several years as the Chief Financial Officer of BTU Engineering until a mid-life career change, joining his wife to form their own Real Estate Appraising company. After retiring in 2014, he and Kathleen relocated to Virginia Beach to be closer to their grandchildren.
