Pamela Liverman Campbell, 59, passed away October 28, 2021. Pam was born August 27, 1962 to Carrie Sykes Liverman and the late Melvin Roscoe Liverman.
Pam is survived by her mother, Carrie Liverman, of Virginia Beach, VA; son, Evan Campbell (Kim), of New Braunfels, TX; daughter, Elizabeth Malcom (Jesse), of Portsmouth, VA; brother, William Cleveland Liverman (Sandie), of Virginia Beach, VA; eleven grandchildren: Hayden, Hailee, Liam, Jade, Kyndell, Finnegan, Connor, Hannah, Harper, Aiden, and Owen; nieces and nephews: Tim, Seth, Sierra, Sadie, and Slade; and aunt, Nancy Coats. She also leaves behind innumerable wonderful friends.
Pam graduated from Princess Anne High School in 1980. She spent her high school years as a flutist with the Fabulous Marching Cavaliers. She was a loyal Girl Scout, and worked for the Girl Scout Council of Coastal Carolina.
Pam was an active, faithful, and lifelong member of Old Donation Episcopal Church. She was baptised, confirmed, and married in her beloved church. She enjoyed her years on staff as an Office Assistant and her volunteer work with the Office Angels, VBS, and Children’s Chapel.
Pam was an avid crafter and enjoyed cross stitch in her earlier years. She was a devoted member of the Old Donation Oyster Roast Crafters for many years. She especially enjoyed Stampin’ Up! and scrapbooking in recent years.
Pam was known for her positive demeanor and for being a tenacious fighter. After her diagnosis with leukemia in 1989, she had a bone marrow transplant in 1996 followed by a stroke. However, Pam never allowed her disabilities to limit living her life. She was dedicated to making memories with her children and grandchildren, whom she loved and adored more than anything in her life.
A memorial service will be held at 1pm Saturday, November 20, 2021 at Old Donation Episcopal Church, 4449 N. Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23455. Masks are required and a brief reception will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Old Donation Episcopal Church or the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
