Paul Cornelius Lynch Jr. passed away peacefully on Tuesday morning, July 27th, at Lake Taylor Transitional Hospital. Paul was a Norfolk native who began his professional career as a teacher before co-founding Michael’s Coffee Service, serving the Tidewater area for nearly two decades. He is survived by two sons Ben and Andrew, who were the proudest accomplishments of his life, in addition to his six grandchildren; Ben Jr, Mia, Gio, Drew, Zoey and Grayson. They all will miss him so much.
Paul was the life of the party and found friends wherever he went. That network of friends grew tremendously over the last 20 years as he traveled and spent time with his dear Vicky Pochkowski for whom he cared so much. Paul lived life the way he wanted, impacted so many, and if you knew him, you loved him.
Come by The Harbor Inn Saturday, July 31st around 5pm to have a shot of Kessler’s for Paul. If they don’t have Kessler’s have a Canadian Mist. Put one down for Paul!
Paul’s ashes will be spread in the Chesapeake Bay per his wishes. He wanted us to think of him when we look out at the water.
