Penelope P. Harrell

Penelope P. Harrell, 70, passed away peacefully with family by her side, August 3^rd, 2017. Penny was preceded by her parents, Aileen and Lawerance Miller, and late husband, Tom Parsons. She is survived by sisters, M’Lou Bond and Lauren Vaughan, daughters, Kathy Busby and Christy Soelberg, and grandchildren Kelly Soelberg and Kaitlan and Chandler Busby. Penny was a daycare provider to many children throughout the years, enjoyed fishing at Silver Beach on the Eastern Shore and loved going to yard sales. A memorial service will be held amongst family and friends at a later date.
