Phyllis Soblotne, 89, of Norfolk, Virginia passed away Saturday, April 9, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. Phyllis was born May 7, 1932 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late William Fraim and Elizabeth Cain.

Phyllis met the love of her life, Edward C. Soblotne, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They traveled for many years before calling Norfolk, Virginia home. Together, their union brought forth four lovely children: Edward, Richard, Jerry, and Susie. When Phyllis wasn’t spending time with her family, she held a long career with the Navy Exchange, eventually retiring. In her spare time she loved making and selling arts and crafts.

In addition to her parents, Phyllis was predeceased by her brother, Jackie Fraim; sister, Maryanne Fraim; sons, Jerry and Richard Soblotne; and her beloved daughter, Susie Soblotne.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Edward A. Soblotne; grandchildren: Jennifer, Tracie, Rachel, Tiffany, Toni, Jessica, Kenan, Jerri, and Christopher; along with a host of other cousins and great grandchildren.
