Preston E. “Ned” Salyer peacefully left this world on October 6th, surrounded by loved ones, in search of new adventures. Always ready for any escapades that came his way, Ned was an outdoor enthusiast who loved to ski, surf, and spend time on the water by any means possible. He was a sweet and loving soul whose smile lit the room. He is survived by two wonderful daughters, Charlotte and Kathyrn, whom he loved beyond compare. Soulmate Michelle Frasher, loving mother Nancy and awesome brother Stephen, as well as too many friends to mention, are also grateful for the time spent with him. We will be celebrating Ned on Sunday, October 14th, from 4 to 6 PM on the Beach Patio at the Wyndham on the Oceanfront at 5700 Atlantic Avenue in Virginia Beach.
