She leaves her loving spouse, Glenda Caron of 31 years; 3 children, Brad (Ginger); Richard; and David (Jessica); 7 grandchildren, Matthew; Kyle; Cody; Adriana; Alexis; Kalee; and Jeremiah; 2 great-grandsons, Braxton and Damien.
Until a few weeks before she left us, she was pastoring and leading services for Heaven’s Tableland Christian Church, which she founded in 1995 and recently resurrected this past year.
She related that she was called into ministry at the age of 15. She studied under the late Rev. Emmett J. Watkins, Jr. of Morning Star Metropolitan Community Church in Worcester, MA. where she established the youth Sunday school program and children’s choir. She studied adolescent psychology and theology at Lesley College where she earned her B.A.
Her interests included her pets, hummingbirds, quilting, reading, TV and movies.
The service will be on November 16th at 11 a.m. at Denbigh Church of Christ 205 Denbigh Blvd. Newport News, VA 23608.

As we sit in sadness we are reminded what a wonderful gift God gave us when he sent us Adele. Anyone who knew her loved her. I was one of those lucky enough. Adelle and I became sisters by choice and God's hand. She entered my heart and will always remain there. We connected in ways that words are inadequate to express. She brought me closer to God than any other person I have ever known. To Glenda, her children, & her grandchildren I send my deepest sympathy and know that God is wrapping you up in pure love to give you comfort during your time of grieving. She is now free from all physical pain and I picture her singing and dancing in Heaven. She worked very hard for God during her time here on Earth and touched many lives as she shared about God's Love. It was a privilege to travel part of life's journey with her. She will be remembered.
