Amanda, I am so sorry for the tremendous loss of your beautiful mother. It's amazing how much you look just like her. I hope that you find comfort knowing that you mother is no longer suffering, she is whole, and HOME! I never met your mom, but I know that you were an amazing daughter to her and she loved you very much. You were her constant source of support, encouragement, patience, and love. I'm praying that the Lord wraps you in his peace right now and carries you through the complicated emotions that come with the loss of your mother. Much love to you and your family.

I worked with Rhonda for over ten years in the Respiratory Care Department at DePaul Hospital in the late 1970s and early 1980s. She was a strong and self-driven person. I always respected her confidence and the steady way she handled herself. In emergency and critical care situations, she was calm, capable, and completely focused on her patients. She took her work seriously and gave excellent care. My sincere sympathy to her family and especially to her children. She made a lasting impression on those of us who worked beside her.
