Robert Lindsay-Cruz passed away Sunday, September 13, 2020. He is loved and will be missed by all. Robert was born to Reynaldo and Eva Cruz on June 9, 1970.
He is survived by his daughter, Toni Lindsay; his son, Dylan Lindsay-Colón; and his grandson, Julian Robinson. He had four siblings, Terry Lloyd Cruz, Ray Cruz, Dawn Cruz Kunkel, and Bruce Cruz; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
His last occupation was being a painter and he enjoyed spending time with his loved ones. Robert was a fan of the fight game and would spend time with his son watching the fights. He watched his favorite TV shows with his daughter and played video games with his grandson.
The legacy he left behind is one of redemption. There were three things he wanted to accomplish before his time with the Lord; Be sober, be a good father, and to never go back to prison. Robert achieved all three of these goals before God called him home.
He is greatly missed but never forgotten. His family will serve as extensions of his legacy and pick up where he left off. He lived in love and impacted the hearts of those around him.
Memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Go Fund Me for Toni Lindsay. Online condolences may be expressed to vacremationsociety.com
