Left to cherish her memories are her children, Jason, Brandy and Shawna Pierce; grandchildren, Marc Christian and Skylar Pierce. She is also survived by her parents, Jim and Erma Cornell.
A Memorial Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, August 5, 2019 at C.C. Carter Funeral Home, Newport News.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Roxanne’s memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
Cremation Society of Virginia-Newport News assisted the family.
