She was proceeded in death by her parents Louis and Dorothy Taylor brothers Louis , Bobby Tommy and sister Jean.
Sally is survived by her sons Robert L. Keithley lll and his wife Colleen and William P. Keithley and his ex-wife Dawn E. Keithley . Granddaughter Arianne Radcliff and husband David. Grandson William C. Keithley .Great grandchildren Luke , Cameron and Emilia .
She is also survived by her sister Nancy Hopkins and brother Edward Taylor his wife Marilyn and Many nieces and nephews.
Sally had a great love for children .
She was a Christian and a graduate of Newport News high school . She will be greatly missed by the many people who’s lives she has touch .
