It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Sean Michael Salch, November 2, 2021 at age 37.
Sean was very loving, caring and had a huge zest for life. He never met a stranger and would help anyone in need. His sense of humor was like none other and brought millions of smiles and laughter to us all.
Sean was a fighter and won many battles with his health. Sobriety was his proudest accomplishment. When VCU called to say a liver was available on his favorite holiday, Halloween, a smile came across his face like none we’ve ever seen. He was ecstatic!
We are all heartbroken that we lost him, he accomplished something huge. He got the liver he worked so hard for.
In honor of Sean, FIGHT! Regain your lives and live them to the fullest.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday November 13 at 11am. Forest Lawn Cemetery, Red Oak (far left side of cemetery) Granby street, Norfolk. Sean would love for us to wear fun clothes with bright colors, beach theme, unicorns, or gay pride. This is a time for everyone to share their memories of Sean for all to enjoy.
