We are saddened to inform you that Shannon Loeper, born on January 31, 1974 in Albany, NY, passed away at the young age of 48 years old on March 16, 2022. Shannon suffered from congestive heart failure and Stage 4 COPD, amongst many other serious health conditions. Shannon is survived by her husband, Mark Loeper, Sr.; daughter, Cheyenne Loeper; granddaughter, Kayleigh Loeper; and son, Jeremy Loeper, and his children. Shannon also has family in New York: her father, George Marr; younger sisters; and her brother, to name a few. Shannon’s sudden death has affected everyone that loved and knew her.
