Susan Ambrose Moore, born on March 11, 1949, in Columbia, North Carolina, passed away peacefully in Virginia Beach, Virginia, on January 13, 2026, at the age of 76. She was a dedicated and diligent individual who contributed her skills as a Data Entry Lead at Lifetouch, where she was known for her precision and commitment to her work.

Susan found joy in the simple pleasures of life, particularly an avid reader of many genres, which brought her much comfort and entertainment over the years. She loved cooking and enjoyed watching Albert and her family embrace her favorite recipes of meatloaf and fried chicken dinners over the years. Her warm presence and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her beloved father, Aldridge Ambrose and her son, Christopher Moore. Susan is survived by her devoted husband, Albert Wilson Moore, and her cherished daughter, Michelle Moore; mother, Naomi Ambrose who held a special place in her heart. She is also survived by her siblings, Sheila McAbee and Al Ambrose, Jr., nieces, nephews and other significant family members and friends.
