Susan LeBlanc Verrette passed away peacefully on September 4, 2021, at the age of 69. She was born May 11, 1952, at Ft. Belvoir Hospital in Alexandria, Virginia, but was a lifelong resident of New Orleans, Louisiana until she moved in with her daughter and son-in-law in Newport News, Virginia 4 years ago. She graduated from Warren Easton in New Orleans Class of 1970. She worked retail at Dillard’s.

She was preceded in death by her father Roy Joseph Leblanc.

She is survived by her mother, Dolores M. LeBlanc; daughter, Natalie A. Landers (Steven); grandson, Dylan J. Schetrompf; sister, Phyllis M. Fontenot (Ellis), and nephews.

Cremation Society of Virginia – Newport News is taking care of the arrangements.
