Virginia Beach ~ Thomas M. Napolitano passed away peacefully at his home on July 27, 2019. Thomas is survived by his wife of twenty-two years Connie Phelps Napolitano, daughter, Tova Teegarden (Chris) and their two children, and many nieces and nephews. Memorial services to follow at a later date.
