It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Thomas Scott Sullivan age 48 on September 11 2019. Known to those that loved him as Scott or Sully. He was born in Charleston, SC on January 19 1971 to Christine Varn and Thomas Sullivan Jr. An Air Force brat, he spent a good portion of his childhood overseas, later joining the Air Force himself, and spending two tours in Germany. He returned to the states and made a home in Newport News, Virginia. He was a talented artist, loved Rock n Roll both classic and new and taught himself how to play the guitar. Scott was one of a kind; he loved his family and would help anyone who asked. He leaves behind his girlfriend of 6 years Samantha Gurney, his mom and stepdad Chris and Curtis Driggers, his dad and stepmom Thomas and Uschi Sullivan, his sister Michelle Hayes and husband Cory, brother Jonathon Driggers and his sister Kirstie. As well as his nieces and nephews, cousins and many, many friends that loved him and he loved in return.
