Tony D. Cowan, 56, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 23, 2019. At this time, the Pittsburgh Steelers lost their greatest fan.
Born in Florida, Tony lived most of his life in Virginia. In addition to football, he loved to fish. He was self-employed as a residential and commercial painter.
Tony was preceded in death by his grandmother, who he called “Mom” and David Austin.
Left to cherish his many memories are his mother, Judy Brensinger and her husband, Glenn; daughter, Nicole; son, Tony, Jr.; his companion of 23 years, Margaret Kettler; his brother, Mark; sister, Pamela; three grandchildren, Jonathon, Dontrey and Staphon and stepson, Eric. Tony also left behind many friends to remember him. He will be greatly missed by all.
