Wanda Joyce Stolarski, 74 of Newport News, Virginia, passed away on Monday, September 6, 2021.

Born in Tampa, Florida in 1947, she was the daughter of Angel W. Miyares and Mary Miyares. She later lived in Chicago, Illinois where she married her husband William Edward Stolarski in 1967. Wanda later relocated to Fayetteville, NC in 1983 with her family, where she lived until 2018. Wanda was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and sister who cherished her family and loved her friends. She was deeply involved with her church, Manna, and spent much of her time volunteering, providing spiritual outreach, ministering to the homeless, working with seniors, and was passionate about helping others.

She is survived by her two children, daughter Lisa Stolarski, son William Russell Stolarski, her grandchildren, Ashley, Jake, Sam, Ray, and Grace, her great granddaughter Alivia, and her sister Linda. She will be missed by everyone who met her.

A private service will be held in Virginia, and she will be laid to rest in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Cremation Society of Virginia-Newport News assisted the family with arrangements.
