William “Bill” Howard Foster, 65, passed away at Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital on December 21, 2021, following a brief illness.

Bill was preceded in death by the following:  his parents, Wayne Howard and Annie May Foster, his brother-in-law, Robert Michael Lawrence, and his beloved cat, Tabby.

He is survived by his siblings: Linda Aylesworth (Art), Deborah Lawrence, Kathryn Grenoble, and Wayne Andrew Foster (Virginia); his nieces and nephews: Eric Chaffin, Joy Chaffin Roberts (Wayne), Aaron Lawrence, Ray and Sarah Grenoble, Joseph Ryan Foster and Allan Aylesworth (Naomi); and his uncles, Garry M. (Mike) and Stuart T. (Pat) Foster.

Bill was a loving son, brother, uncle, and brother-in-law. He was deeply loved by his family and friends and will be sorely missed.

Cremation Society of Virginia-Newport News assisted the family with arrangements.
