Billy was my brother, my friend, my teacher of life lessons. I can't remember a time growing up that he was not there. I will miss his smile, his limited words, and most of all his love. I will miss him everyday.

Billy refinished the original hardwood floors in our house we had just purchased in 1999. He was so funny and professional and his work was perfection. I'm saddened to hear he has died so young. I'm sure he will be missed.
