Dear Bill ~ Somehow, I think you will see this note. You were one of the nicest, sweetest, and most humble guys I have ever met... and you were a gentleman. I had the pleasure of working at Evans Products for 6 years during which I saw you every day. I will never forget the kind words, the advice, your smile or that contagious laugh. My brother, Bill, was a very caring, loving and unselfish person. I have wonderful memories of how he was always there for our parents, our sisters and I. He could always give you some sound advice, as he did during my visit with him on Fri., Oct. 26th - a week before he passed. Thank you, Bill. Love you, and will miss you. Mary Neil
