Besides his parents, he was predeceased by seven siblings, Frances, Bernard, Joseph, Dorothy, Patricia, Virginia, and Lillian.
Bill is survived by his loving wife, Winnie, a stepdaughter, Georgia, and two daughters from his first marriage, Regina and Nora; also, he had many more family members and friends.
He proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Following his military service, he established himself as a successful contractor in the Hampton Roads area.
There will be a memorial service held at 2pm on Saturday, April 4, 2026 at Disabled American Veterans, Chapter 20, Virginia Beach, 4896 Kempsville Greens Parkway, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.
