Dr. Amy Roberts Ardison, formerly of Wilmette, IL passed away from incurable cancer at the home of her parents, Dr. and Mrs. Gary W. Ardison, in Virginia Beach, VA on September 12, 2023.

She was a 1982 graduate of Dallastown Area High School and Guilford College in 1986. She completed a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Formerly married, she is survived by a son, Noah Ardison of Wotman of Ft. Collins, CO, sister, Elizabeth W. Senft (Timothy) of York, PA, and brother, Matthew Tanner Ardison (Sasha) of Morgantown, NC. Other survivors include three nieces and two nephews.

Amy died as she lived, with deep compassion for the poor and disenfranchised. She loved life and leaves a space in the world only she could fill.
