Virginia Beach- Ann Marie Kendrick, 75, passed away Monday November 8, 2010 at a local hospital. She was born June 1, 1935 in Middleboro Massachusetts.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband Thomas C. Kendrick; her children Donna M. Eble of TN, Donald P. Chapman, JR. of FL, Denise A Verschelde of MN, April L. Anderson of FL, Mark T. Kendrick of FL, David M. Kendrick of FL; 5 grandchildren and a host of other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Sentara Hospice, 535 Independence Pkwy, Ste 500, Chesapeake, VA 23320. Memorial services are planned for a later date. Cremation Society of Virginia, Hampton Roads office is assisting the family. To share condolences please visit www.cremate.org.

I first met Annie to pick her up from dialysis while Tom was recovering. I walked in and she said "I think your my ride." I introduced myself and she proceeded to tell me the proper way to get her out to the car and home. Even when feeling down she was strong and independent. I loved the way she took charge and helped me to help her. We shared our love of my romantic novels and her autobiographies. She sparked in me a true admiration of her joy in learning about people and their story. Would have loved to have read her autobiography. Such an inspiration to anyone lucky enough to know and love her. She is lovingly missed.
