Arthur Wayne was born in Pocomoc City, Maryland on August 15, 1942. He was a graduate of Granby Barber College in Norfolk, VA and retired as a commercial waterman. He had a great love for the water and made his retirement home on the beach at Tuckers Recreation Park and Marine. He loved riding one of his golf carts around the park and hanging with his friends at the Tiki Hut.
He is survived by his daughter, Genny Rivero; three sons, Wayne Jackson (Barbara), William Jackson, Robert Jackson (Theresa); grandchildren, Jeremiah and Hailey; and his girlfriend, Just Holler. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
Cremation Society of Virginia assisted with the arrangements.
