Barbara is survived by her husband of 68 years, Robert “Bob”; daughter, Emily, of Norfolk, VA; and sons, Robert G. “Bobby”, of Woodbridge, VA, and James K. of Lorton, VA.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Lynnhaven Presbyterian Church. Interment will follow at a later date at Quantico National Cemetery.
