Betty Fairer Poladian, 86, passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2021. She was born on November 4, 1934 in Norfolk, VA to the late George and Esther Fairer. She was pre-deceased by her husband Aram Poladian, daughter Donna Poladian, and sister Dorothy Spruell.
For many years she was the owner of Kreger Tax Service and retired at the age of 80. She enjoyed volunteer work with Lee’s Friends, Ronald McDonald House, and Chesapeake General Hospital. Betty was interested and actively involved in her children’s and grandchildren’s lives. She especially enjoyed family meals, holidays, and celebrations. She will be lovingly remembered by all of her family.
She is survived by her daughters and sons in law, Bonnie and Mark King and Susan and Jim Brown, grandchildren Andrew and Matthew King, Patrick, Elizabeth, and Michael Brown, and great grandchildren Teddy and Baylee. A special thank you to her neighbors and friends who with their help enabled her to live in her home until March. A graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Friday, May 7 at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Lee’s Friends or a charity of choice.
