I am so saddened by the loss of my grandmother. She was an amazing woman. We did not get to spend too much time together because we lived in Florida, but I cherish the memories that we shared. She can finally be with my mom looking down me. RIP. I love you.

Bin was one of the most intelligent, caring, unselfish people I ever had the good luck to know. If she did not have something good to say about someone she had the good sense and sensitivity to say nothing. I flew to Virginia Beach in 1983, to abscond with her yougest daughter, Kathryn, my future wife of 26 years. I was a complete stranger but she and George welcomed me with open arms and made me feel at home within 15 minutes. As the years went by we became closer every year. Kids were born. She was always there through the good and bad for all those years. She quickly became a mother to me in every way and the feeling grew with every passing day. Living 1000 miles away from each other kept our families physically apart much more than we wanted but never were we apart in our thoughts and minds. The world is a better place because of the time she spent here

Bin, my cousin, I love you and honor your mind, your teaching, and your wit. No woman stands as resilient and no woman so fun to be with. Love, Heidi
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

I met Betty at DAR. Betty and my mom another Betty had many adventures together. Both Bettys were always up for a road trip and they occasionally took me with them. I'll always remember Betty's laugh and wonderful outlook on life. I offer my condolences to Betty's family. I know you will miss her, but remember the fun, laughter and good times. You know that's what she would want.

Betty was one of the first people I met when I started teaching at Brandon Junior High School. She was real inspiration. It was so much fun being around her. I loved her sense of humor and will miss her very much. Rest easy, my friend.

I had this wonderful lady for a teacher when I was in the 7th grade at John B Dey Elementary 1974-1975. She was a great teacher, and I remember how enthusiastic she was about teaching and life in general. She was one of my favorite teachers. My condolences to the family for the loss of this special lady.

We have very fond memories of our Myrtle Beach trips,. One of Bin's favorite expressions while in the car driving "Right turns only" when we wanted to pull off and look at different shops. What a sweet and funny Lady..
