Bonnie Lea Worthman, 64, of Virginia Beach, VA, passed away on August 14, 2023. She was born on July 24, 1959, in Waynesboro, PA, to her mother Jenny and the late Ron Kinley.

Bonnie was a strong-willed and independent woman, known for her fiery spirit. She lived life on her own terms and could not be easily swayed. Her determination and resilience were evident in everything she did.

In her career, Bonnie worked in the food industry as a manager at Hardee’s and Golden Corral. She was dedicated to her work and took pride in her role as a leader.

Bonnie is survived by her children, Steven (Jackie), Andrew (Amanda), and Danielle, as well as her sister Kelli (Jason). Bonnie was a proud grandmother to Bryan, Bryce, Erynn, Maverick, Lucas, and Madison.

In her free time, Bonnie found joy in her hobbies. She loved playing phone games and had five phones to keep her entertained. In her younger years, she enjoyed bowling with friends and had a passion for playing Nintendo and computer games during her downtime.

A private celebration of life will be held by the family at a later date to honor Bonnie’s memory.

Bonnie Lea Worthman will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Her strong spirit and unwavering determination will be remembered and cherished by all who knew her.
