Brenda Crofford, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2024 in Virginia Beach, at the age of 70. Born on March 16, 1953 in Indiana, Brenda lived a life filled with love, compassion, and dedication to her family.
Brenda cherished her role as a mother and grandmother above all else. Nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her grandchildren, filling their days with laughter, love, and precious memories. She was known for her nurturing nature and selflessness, always putting the needs of her loved ones before her own.
In addition to her devotion to her family, Brenda had many passions that brought her immense happiness. She possessed a talent for sewing and crafting, creating beautiful pieces that showcased her creativity and attention to detail. Her skilled hands could transform ordinary fabric into works of art. Brenda also had a passion for beauty and was known for her expertise as a beautician, always ensuring that those who sought her services felt pampered and confident.
Brenda’s faith played a significant role in her life, and she was a dedicated member of Tidewater Central Church of the Nazarene. Her attendance and active participation in the church community provided her with spiritual strength and guidance throughout her journey.
Brenda leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She has been reunited with her beloved husband, Ronald and will be deeply missed by her daughter Robin Crofford, son Corey Crofford and his wife Danielle, as well as her brother Robert Davis and his wife Rebecca. Brenda also leaves behind five adoring grandchildren, with one more on the way, who were the light of her life. Additionally, she will be remembered fondly by numerous nieces and nephews whose lives she touched with her warm heart and kind soul.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 10th at 1pm at Tidewater Central Church of the Nazarene located at 5514 Parliament Dr, Virginia Beach, Va 23462. This gathering will be an opportunity for family and friends to come together, share stories, and honor Brenda’s remarkable life.
