Continue ReadingCatherine Jones, 61, passed away Thursday, June 8th, 2023 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Catherine was born October 10th, 1961 to Clarence and Sue Riley while her father was stationed in Puerto Rico. She was a graduate of Radford University, and had proudly worked in Old Dominion University’s Perry Library since 1999. In her spare time, she loved completing puzzles, sharing meals with friends, and spending time with her beloved grandsons.
She was predeceased by her parents. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Steve; two children, Joseph (Kalena) and Sarah; grandsons, Grayson and Maddox; brother, Rick; aunt, Norma (Howell); and a host of loving friends.
The family will announce Celebration of Life arrangements at a later date.
