Cecilia graduated from Maury High School and worked in the legal field most of her life. She loved reading, needlepoint, cooking, and TV shows on Bravo.
She was predeceased by her parents John and Margaret DiGirolamo, her son William G. Carraway, Jr., a sister, Marian Jordan, and a brother Matthew DiGirolamo.
She is survived by her husband William G. Carraway & daughter Karen E. (Jeff) Bauguess, brother, Louis (Margaret) DiGirolamo and their son Michael (Marissa) DiGirolamo, brother Johnny DiGirolamo Sr., niece Kathi Jordan Pilar, nephew Johnny DiGirolamo, Jr., nephew Kevin Jordan, and niece Barbara Cox.
