Charles Edward Roubik, 45, passed away unexpectedly at his home on August 15, 2014. A lifelong resident of Virginia Beach born April 8, 1969 at Portsmouth Naval Medical Hospital, he was the son of Arthur Roubik Sr. and the late Ann Roubik. An electrican by trade, “Chaz” as he was known by his close friends, was a passionate Dallas Cowboys fan. He enjoyed attending concerts, wrestling events, playing poker and collecting Star Trek memorabilia. He was truly loved by his family and friends and will be forever missed. Left to cherish his memory are his father and two bothers, Arthur Roubik Jr. and Micheal Roubik, his dog Jessie, four beautiful neices, extended family, and friends. Memorial service will be held on Friday, Aug 29th at 2:30pm at Little Creek Chapel, Joint Expeditionary Base, Little Creek. 1160 D St, just inside Gate5 @ Independence Blvd and Shore Dr. Information will be required for base access, please RSVP with Cremation Society of VA. Immediately following, the family will have a life celebration at 141 Whitehurst Rd, in Ches., VA. Flowers and notes of rememberence should be sent to the address above.
