Love, Ralph, JoAnne and Michelle

I am so blessed to have crossed paths with such a beautiful and graceful soul. 2 Corinthians 4:17-18 "For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever! So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever."

We have very fond memories of vacationing with the two of you. She seemed quite content to lay on the beach with a good book, and I think grace describes her well. A gentle, caring, grace, combined with a lively spirit. She was fun and will be sorely missed. We cherish our time with her and she was so good with our young daughter. We love how Diane took the time to do the little things with her, like make sand castles or engage in a conversation. Our daughter's reaction was like the rest us, grief stricken and she wanted to see her again. When she was told that Diane was ready to be with God and that she was not worried about herself, but thought of Steve, she seemed to find comfort. Less than a day before she passed, Diane said Steve needs help, help Steve. This gives our daughter a sense of purpose and comfort at the same time. Not surprising to know that she was thinking of Steve, not of herself. Godspeed Diane.
