Cheryl Morris entered this world June 8th, 1955 and went on to Glory July 28th, 2020. She will be greatly missed.

Cheryl Teresa Williams Morris shines her light on the world June 8th, 1955. Throughout her life she was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, niece, cousin, aunt, and dear friend. She is survived by her two daughters, Natasha and Katrina; five grandchildren, Diamond, William, Sophia, Joshua, and Daniel; and three great-grandchildren, Trent, Maliki, and Diane; plus a host of other relatives. Cheryl gave of herself every day. She had a genuine heart, a forgiving spirit, and a kindness that is hard to find. Even though her body gave out, her spirit still lives on in the hearts and minds of anyone she came in contact with.

Psalm 23, verse 4 through 6: Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

My Aunt Chee Chee will be deeply missed. Always the first to call EVERY year on EVERY birthday for every single relative (nieces, nephews, cousins, siblings, aunts, and uncles). Always coordinated her outfits and loved to give you a genuine compliment on your style. She knew nursing like the back of her hand and had a gorgeous singing voice. She will never be forgotten and greatly missed until we see her again. My love and sympathy to my cousins as they grieve their Ma and Nana.

Words cannot possibly begin to express how deeply lost I am without you I hear you calling my name as if you were right here I remember you calling me before I even can get all the way out of the door to remind me of something you wanted from the store I see your face in my kids in mine and any time that someone says to me you sound just like your mom I am so proud I miss you terribly and I love you with every bit of my heart and my soul
