Virginia Beach – Cliffton Wayne “Kip” Winburn, 35, went to heaven on 21 June, 2017. Kip or Kippy, as he was called, was born on 19 May, 1982 in Virginia Beach, VA. Kippy was an avid video gamer and quite a talented amateur tattoo artist. He was a loving son, brother and friend to all who knew him.
He is survived by his parents, Billie and Denver Summers (Virginia Beach); brothers Johnnie (Michelle) of Moyock, Nathan (Sandra) of Virginia Beach and Keith (Hyldie) of Chesapeake; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Kippy will be cremated and his ashes will remain in the home. In lieu of flowers and condolences, the family ask that you bring a dish and come to a celebration of Kippy’s life at Northwest River Park on Saturday, July 1, 2017, from 9 a.m. until sunset.
