Growing up in Virginia Beach playing sports throughout his youth and graduating from Bayside High School in 1998 he developed lifelong friendships that he still carries with him to this day.
Collin was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was selfless to his core and made it his mission to ensure that everyone he cared for felt happy, supported, and loved.
His passion for traveling, exploring new places, and meeting new people—truly a man who never met a stranger. Collin’s personality was magnetic; he was giving, driven, determined, and loving, with a sense of humor that made him the funniest person in any room. His smile could light up even the darkest days, and his presence brought comfort and joy to those around him.
He spent the last 10 year developing his craft as a carpenter and then most recently starting his own family business.
One of his favorite traditions that started during his childhood was taking his family to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia each year over Labor Day weekend. Those trips were a time to unwind, reconnect, and create lasting memories together—moments that his family will cherish forever. Also a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan whom he probably complained about more than he did cheer.
Collin was, above all, a beautiful soul whose love and light will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched.
To the world, he may have been just one man—but to his family, he was their world.
A celebration of life will be held on May 23, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Ballyhoos, 2865 Lynnhaven Drive, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23451. Family and friends are invited to come together to honor and remember Collin’s life.
