L . Dale Baltrus passed away on April 6, 2025 from an aggressive cancer at the age of 79. She was born in New York, New York on September 20, 1945.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Dan Baltrus; daughters René Prager (Chris) and Alyssa Baltrus; granddaughters Emma Sadowski (Nick) and Kate Prager; great grandson, Oliver Sadowski; brothers Craig Sulaitis (Carolyn) and Chris Sulaitis (Dawnne) and many nieces and nephews. Dale was proceeded in death by both of her parents, Joe and Dorothy Sulaitis, and her brother Darryl Dupont (Mary).

Dale was a Meals-on-Wheels volunteer and a reading buddy at Seaford Elementary School. She was active in Home Extension Agency. She  retired from Eastern National after thirty years of service. She began her Eastern National career as a sales clerk in the book store at the Yorktown National Battlefield. Later she served as Manager at both the Yorktown and Jamestown locations and then as Regional Manager with the addition of the Wright Brothers Memorial and Assateague Island locations.

Dale enjoyed the beach, playing cards and board games, and the company of her cats.

A celebration of life will be scheduled in the near future.
