Want to wish my sincere condolences to Tim and the family. Darlene was one of the bravest and optomistic person i had ever met. When she came into the Restauarnt, there wasn't once of us that wasn't anxious to see her and wish her so much luck. God gave her to us and now she in his hands, doing more important work. Tim, look forward to seeing you again for some of Michaels and Simon's delicious food. God keep you and help you through this difficult time. Kathy

Tim, Seth and family, Darlene was one of the bravest woman I know. She shared w/me only a few experiences about her recovery and those alone would take a vey strong & brave person, it does not surprise me to know that she pioneered a few new avenues of success for others to model after. She will be greatly missed. Love you, Cousin Stacey & John

I can only tell you how blessed and lucky I feel to have met Darlene at Virginia Oncology through the Cancer Care Foundation of Tidewater. She was truly a caring and loving person who touched my heart in a very special way. She was always so positive no matter what she was facing. You should know she always had a twinkle in her eye when she spoke of her family, especially her son... you brought her such joy and she was so proud of you. I can only say I am sorry for your loss and I will truly miss Darlene. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Tim, Linda & I are greatly saddened by the news of Darlene's passing. We have noted over this long period of her battle against cancer just how determined, persistent and brave she's been in facing this monster that claims so many young lives such as her's. How heartening it is to know how her last months of diligent work have helped others and, moreover, will continue to help others deal with and overcome this dreaded disease. Darlene was a lady and a beautiful soul who was touched, loved, and admired by many. May he memory be a blessing to you and Seth and to all who knew her.
